JoAnn graduated from Texas Tech University and attended Midwestern State University, where she received her degree in dental hygiene in 1988.The best part of her job is to help children have a great dental experience and leave with a big smile on their face.

When she is not at the office, she loves spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys reading and being on the lake.

Lisette Castro
Office Manager

Lisette is the office manager at Lake Worth Children's Dentistry. She started her dental career as a chairside dental assistant in pediatrics 13 years ago, but later decided to develop her management skills. With over 7 years of experience in management, she has managed multiple offices. Under her leadership, each office has grown, and the staff loves working for her. Lisette is married to Rudy; they have two children, Delilah and Alex. During her free time, she coaches Delilah on the softball field and watches Alex play football or baseball.
